Geometric Structures with Moving Parts

First up is Reuben Margolin featured on Walrus TV. This guy makes amazing objects based on wave forms. Towards the end he says that "if you just copy the tiniest part of nature you will have a beautiful work of art. It doesn't take much." Well said.

Next is an animation of a proposed moving skyscraper for Dubai. I love the epic music. They're definitely trying to make a sale with this one.

And last is this really interesting idea, which reminds me of Gordon Matta Clark's work, but taken to a new level by involving movement. It was created by Richard Wilson. Its called "Turning the Place Over"
